Run by Erin, our pilates and strength hybrid are limited to classes of five that run on a personalised schedule. Classes are designed to enhance core strength whilst challenging global, larger muscle groups.
Our physio-led anti-falls classes held in our gym in groups of 4. These address strength and balance deficits that sees patients maintain function whilst maintaining confidence to mobilise in the community. Functional exercises that mimic real life scenarios allow patients to regain confidence when negotiating stairs, walking uneven grounds as well as carrying goods.
