Because your body is your best club.

Your swing is only as good as your body will allow.

More distance and power don't always come from better technique. They come from a body that can actually deliver it — and one that won't break down on you. We find the physical limitations capping your drive and the deficits quietly setting you up for injury, then build a plan to remove both.

A coach can perfect your technique. They can't give your body the range and strength to execute it.

Every golfer hits a ceiling. You take lesson after lesson, drill the same positions, and the distance still isn't there. The frustrating truth is that the problem often isn't your swing mechanics at all — it's that your body physically can't get into the positions your swing demands.

Restricted thoracic rotation. A stiff lead hip. A lumbar spine compensating for both. Strength deficits that leak power at the moment of impact. These are physical limitations, and no amount of range time will coach them away.

That's where we come in. As physiotherapists, we assess and treat the body that produces the swing — the layer underneath the lesson.

"You can't coach range of motion into a hip that doesn't have it. You have to train it back in."

What is TPI?

TPI — the Titleist Performance Institute — is the world's leading educational organisation dedicated to studying how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. For over twenty years it has built the game's largest technical database, capturing 3D motion, force, pressure, launch-monitor, strength and power data on everyone from Tour professionals to everyday golfers.

From that data, TPI uncovered how a properly functioning body lets a player swing most efficiently — and how physical limitations quietly undermine the swing and lead to injury. They call it the Body-Swing Connection, and it's the foundation of every professional certification TPI offers.

Our golf physios are trained in this methodology. We use it to assess your swing and build a plan tailored to your body — never a generic template.

If you don't assess,
it's just a guess.

To build an efficient, powerful swing, the body has to be screened first. Our assessment evaluates your swing mechanics and biomechanics, movement quality, fitness, strength and power — alongside your current health and injury history. We then connect what we find to what your swing can, and can't, physically do.

01

Mobility

Thoracic, lumbar, hip, shoulder and wrist range — every joint the swing relies on, tested left and right for asymmetry.

02

Stability

Pelvic control, single-leg balance and the motor patterns that let you separate upper from lower body cleanly.

03

Strength

The capacity deficits — core, glutes, shoulders — that quietly cap how much force you can put into the ball.

04

Power

Rotational output and explosive transfer, measured directly so we know exactly where your drive is leaking.

The best injury is the one that never happens.

Almost no golf injury arrives out of nowhere. It builds quietly — a restricted hip, an imbalance between your left and right side, a strength deficit that forces another part of your body to compensate. By the time anything hurts, the problem has often been there for months.

This is where the assessment earns its place. The same screen that finds what's capping your power also surfaces the deficits and asymmetries while they're still invisible — long before they become the back, shoulder or hip injuries that pull golfers off the course for a season.

Catch them early and you head the injury off entirely. You stay on the course, pain-free, and keep playing the game you love for the long run.

From assessment to a longer,
more powerful drive.

01

Assess

A full 20-point physical screen plus power testing. You leave with a complete assessment booklet detailing what's holding your swing back — and the deficits worth addressing before they cause trouble.

02

Diagnose

We map each limitation to its impact on your swing — connecting the stiff hip or restricted thorax to the lost distance.

03

Train

A programme matched to you — 4, 6 or 12 weeks — of hands-on treatment, mobility and strength work, progressed step by step.

04

Reassess

We re-run the same screen so your gains are measured, not guessed — and you see the change on paper.

Physio & Golf Programmes, Tailored to You

A complete physical rebuild, designed around your assessment. Depending on what your screen reveals, we'll match you to a 4, 6 or 12-week programme — long enough to address your limitations and strength deficits properly, without a week of filler.

Your assessment booklet is yours to keep either way. Join the programme we recommend, or take your results and work on your deficits wherever you choose — there's no obligation.

For golfers who've stopped improving — and know it's not for lack of trying.

If you've invested in your game but feel your body is the bottleneck, this is built for you.

Everything you
might be wondering.

A coach works on your technique — your grip, your positions, your swing path. We work on the body that has to produce that technique. If a stiff hip or restricted thoracic spine physically stops you from reaching a position, no amount of coaching will fix it. We assess and treat those physical limitations so your coaching can finally take hold. The two work brilliantly together.
Quite the opposite — the ideal time to come in is before anything hurts. Most of the golfers we assess aren't injured, they're simply not moving as well as their swing needs them to. Those same range-of-motion limitations and strength deficits that cap your power are also what set you up for injury down the track. Catching them early lets us address them before they ever become a problem.
We run a 20-point physical screen covering mobility, stability, strength and power — every area the golf swing relies on, tested left and right — and take account of your current health and injury history. It takes around 60 minutes. You leave with a complete assessment booklet showing exactly where your limitations are, how they're affecting your swing, and our recommendations for addressing them. The booklet is yours to keep.
Most golfers feel a difference in how they move within the first few weeks. Meaningful, measurable change in range of motion and strength builds over the course of your programme — whether that's 4, 6 or 12 weeks — which is exactly why we reassess at the end, so you can see your progress on paper rather than just feeling it.
After your assessment we'll match you to a 4, 6 or 12-week programme based on what your screen reveals — so you're never paying for time you don't need, or cutting it short. Every programme includes hands-on and exercise physiotherapy targeting your specific limitations, full access to the Aspire gym, a personalised 24/7 coaching app with a direct chat line to your physio, and access to our recovery lounge with ice and compression boots.
No. While the programme is especially popular with committed and lower-handicap players, the physical principles apply to any golfer who wants to move better and add power. If you're keen to improve and willing to put in the work, you'll benefit.
We're at 18 Belmore Rd, Randwick, in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The assessment and the full programme — including gym and recovery lounge — are all run on-site.
Not at all. The assessment stands on its own — you walk away with a complete booklet of your results and recommendations to keep. From there it's your choice: join the programme we tailor and recommend for you, or take your booklet and work on your deficits with your own coach, trainer or gym. No pressure either way.
Book a golf performance assessment to begin. It's the entry point to everything — from your results, we'll talk through whether the 12-week programme is the right fit and tailor it to exactly what your screen reveals.
